This app would have helped me immensely 6 months ago when I was on 50mg twice weekly (low SHBG) and started noticing social avoidance and low mood on certain days, soon a recognisable pattern emerged. Social avoidance and low mood always happened 12 hours before my injection.

I gotta have this app!

I've been using this app since I started TRT - I actually started using it a month before beginning TRT. I love it!

The app has some rough edges (the notifications don't seem to work on my iPhone), but I've been recommending it to everyone I meet who's starting TRT. It helps me feel more secure and less focused on day-to-day changes.
