Hey all ;)

You probably know that keeping your body fat in check is important for general health, performance, aesthetics, and hormonal health.

For example, excess body fat has been shown to increase the aromatization process, increase cortisol, and neutralize DHT.

That's why I wanted to share with you guys (and gals if reading) a free PDF I've created which covers 22 scientifically proven reasons why an individual might not be losing body fat.

There are various reasons for why people do not loose body fats. One of the major reason is over eating. Stress and inadequate sleep are also one of the reasons for fat gain. My sister is a big foodie. She loves eating junk, oily and unhealthy foodstuffs. Now she has gained so much fat that she has adopted a body guide to reduce her body fats. I think this content is going to very useful for whose who want to shed their body weight and fats. It is also very crucial to take up the following- Cutting back on carbohydrates, drinking more water, eating a full balanced breakfast and limiting sugar consumption to lower down the body fats.
