For 25 your T is way too low. 

Kickstart doses are great, but one does of a Testosterone Ester a week will cause 'fun' spikes.  Ten Tcy are effectively the same.  They will not 'last' a week.

Thyroid generates the feedback hormones for low T.  Chronic low T exhausts the thyroid in some conditions which can mask other organic causes of hyPOthyroidism.

  There is not much incorrect about 'floating around'.  It is "bio available" meaning in can be productively employed.  SHBG steals free T never surrendering it.  Bound T raises overall T scores but doesn't help you.

If your shbg continues to be unreasonably high it's time for you to import some Proviron.
