Gostaria de saber sobre os exames acima

Como pedi exame apenas de Testosterona, T Livre e Estradiol, de onde a origem do resultado de SHBG? Foi obtido por calculo dos outros exames?

As I ordered only Testosterone, Free T and Estradiol tests, where did the SHBG result come from? Was it obtained by calculating the other exams?

The lab measured SHBG to use in calculating free testosterone. You can try the Vermeulen calculation yourself at sites such as this one. If I use 4.37 g/dL for albumin then I get the same result for free testosterone, 8.95 ng/dL.
