He’s spent his life studying vitamin E, and claims that it’s tocotrienols that we want to consume, and tocopherols can actually inhibit the positive effects of tocotrienols, or something along those lines. Check out his stuff if u have time. Very interesting. Been taking his Annatto-E product for a few years now.
