Thank you for your detailed comments. You are correct my Achilles heel are nuts and seeds....cashews, almonds, pecans...I eat the hell out of them. Almond butter I use is just almonds too haha.I guess I can just go back to eating half a cow every couple months like I used to with some sardines for variety. I will take your almond challenge and see how it goes. I know alot of you dudes just eat beef all day. That could be a challenge for me. I appreciate your time typing that out.
