He regularly bashes myths and bro-science and substantiates all of his findings and articles with peer-reviewed, scientific studies - being very careful not to draw conclusions from "rat studies" that may not apply to humans, but using real human-based in-vivo studies where possible, and pointing out disclaimers or study limitations in other cases.
