[QUOTE="seppuku, post: 200729, member: 2030"] Ok, so i'm a bit disappointed but not really suprised. I had a blood test last Wednesday, maybe too soon i'm not sure. But after a week of eod 12.5mg dosing of en-clofert, and a dose the night before testing, my results came back as the following: LH: 5.4 iu/l (1.7 - 8.6) FSH: 10.2 iu/l (1.5 - 12.4) TESTOSTERONE: 11.2 nmol/l (7.6 - 31.4) ** 11.2nmol/l = 322 ng/dl FREE TESTOSTERONE: 0.223 nmol/l (0.2 - 0.62) ** 0.223 nmol/l = 6.4 ng/dl SHBG: 29 nmol/l (16 - 55) So basically, i was getting similar numbers from 12.5mg eod of regular clomid. If en-clofert is truely pure enclomiphene, then taking what, if i remember the percentages right, is roughly double the actual enclompihene as in 12.5mg of regular clomid, caused no extra increase in LH (or testosterone) for me. I'm not sure what my next step should be. My balls just don't seem able to produce much more than what's in those results above, and i'm not keen to increase the dose really as subjectively i think i feel better in myself when i'm not taking the drug (clomid or en-clofert).
