So it wasn't a huge increase in my SHBG, and with the resulting increase in TT, my calculated Free TT was in a good range. My issue is that my E2 also increased a good bit on every day dosing (TT was about 550 but E2 was in the 50's). I am currently trying once per week enclomiphene dosing and have been for 3 weeks, probably will take a blood test next week to see where I am just before I take my weekly pill (i.e., my trough). Feel pretty good actually right now, although I am still taking Ibutamoren every day, but I think a big reason is lower E2 with less frequent enclomiphene dosing (and I felt a bit crappy on an AI to try and bring it down). If lab tests aren't great, I'll increase to every 3.5 days and see where that gets me.
My SHBG pre-TRT was high teens/low 20's. When I was taking enclomiphene 12.5 mg every day (after stopping TRT), it went up to 32. The 23.9 that you are referencing was when I had been off of enclomiphene for 10 days as I am playing with dosing to see the best result (primarily to see if I can get my E2 down compared to every day dosing), so it was a little bit higher than I am when I am on nothing.
