Elevated IGF-1 levels

So started TRT with Test Cyp shots monthly in August 2018. No pre-TRT IGF-1 measurement at that point. Switched Dr.'s and protocols in February 2019.
Last Test Cyp shot was 12/19/18 (400 mg - every three weeks was protocol at that point). First IGF-1 measurement was 1/25/19 at 218 prior to switching.
Started new T cream protocol on 2/26/19 subsequent IGF-1 labs:
4/20/19 - 274
4/30/19 - 336
T levels and Estradiol - Sensitive were high with same lab work and protocol has been adjusted.
Total T - >1500
Free T - 41.5
Estradiol - Sensitive - 64.2

Anyone else experiencing elevated IGF-1 levels? My bounces around a bit. Endo just ordered a follow-up panel. Still seeing elevated levels from this prior post and have changes protocols see below.
Last reading (October) was:
IGF-1 - 324 ng/ml = Reference range for my age (81 - 263 ng/mL)
Total T - 503 –
Free T - 22.6 - Ref Range (6.8-21.5)
Ha1C - 5.5
Prior panel (July 2020) = Endo doesn't do a full panel and I am a few months from my Defy follow-up
IGF-1 - 269 ng/ml = Reference range for my age (81 - 263 ng/mL)
Total T - 636 –
Free T - 16 - Ref Range (6.8-21.5)
SHGB - 28.4
DHT-32
DHEA - 270
E2 - 33.1
Current Protocol - Since May - Switched from compounded cream
.35ml Test Cyp 200 mg/ml twice per week, no AI, no HCG, I do take DIM and CDC.
Thoughts, anyone else see this? I read all of the bad stuff about elevated IGF-1 and risks. I did have a pituitary MRI back in May of 2018 and it was clear. Have done a Glucose Tolerance test for GH and it was normal. There are some studies out there that show TRT increases IGF-1.
