E2 Levels and Migraine

One of the symptoms I have, when I don't manage estradiol, is daily migraines. This 2018 study proves now that migraines are correlated with higher E2 serum levels:

This would explain why I get 10-30 minute mild headaches in the first couple of weeks on a new protocol, my estrogen levels are fluctuating wildly during this period.

Compared to controls, men with migraine had a lower interictal Tf/E2 ratio (3.9 ± 0.4 vs 5.0 ± 0.3, p = 0.03) due to higher E2 (96.8 ± 6.1 vs 69.1 ± 5.6 pmol/L, p = 0.001) and similar Tf (357.5 ± 21.4 vs 332.6 ± 18.7 pmol/L, p = 0.35) levels.

The testosterone deficiency symptoms are probably due to higher E2 that makes the T/E ratio different, as the Free T levels were similar.
