How much T Cyp are you injecting per week? Your Total T and Free T need to be higher. Normally high
SHBG guys need at least 1,100 - 1,200 total T to get their Free T in an acceptable range.
Your Free T of 11.7 is 1.6% of your total T of 717. If say you increase your total T to 1,100 and with the same % of free then your free T would be 18.
Also, didn't see Sensitive E2 measured you might want to have your DR include that on next blood work. Can make a difference.
