Dosage conversions

My script is for test cyp 200mg/ml
100mg per week (0.5ml) split twice weekly.Whats the conversion for.
90mg
85mg
80mg
I use a 0.3ml insulin syringes and want to make sure to dose correct if i lower my dose.

At 100 mg a week split twice you should be filling the insulin syringe to the 25 mark.

90 mg split twice weekly - 22.5 mark on syringe (half way between 22 and 23)
85 mg split twice weekly - 21.12 mark on syringe (just over the 21 mark)
80 mg split twice weekly - 20 mark on the syringe
