Marco I'm pretty much in check with all, I was also on 20/25mg Hydrocortisone before, but still I had Hypothyroidism symptoms. Maybe my Iodine is not optimal but once on exogenous T I don't think it makes any difference. I was actually using a little bit of Kelp before staring Thyroid. I don't have conversion issues, my numbers on 60mg NP were FT4 .9 FT3 4.4 and RT3 17. If adding the 30mg extra of NP messed up my RT3 I know I did not need to take the 30mg extra, I just pulled blood yesterday, let's see. But here is the thing, I wrote this in another post also, my endogenous FT3 was always at 3.3 and, I have to be honest I possibly was not fully aware of Hypo symptoms before, but for sure I don't remember it was that bad till I lowered my Free Testosterone below 30's. My FT is at 24 now and FT3 at 4.5 and still complaining of hypo symptoms which I had never I had before even when my FT3 was at 3.3. I think if my Thyroid results come back messed up, I probably know I need to decrease the NP dose and increase FT How is your FT level? I understand now I probably had a Thyroid/Adrenal issue before TRT, Testosterone cured all for about 8 months, in fact I was feeling super well, then month by month things started to go down the road. At the same time I believe that for a Male once we optimize Testosterone we need to optimize also Thyroid, Pregnenolone and DHEA, no excuses. I think having an Optimal Testosterone require an optimal Thyroid and Adrenal function. oh and leaving out things like HCG and AI that mess things up even more
