doc finally prescribed hcg

I was on clomid 50mg 3x week the side effects were terrible. I finally got doc to put me on hcg 500iu 3x week and 2 pumps fortesa daily I've been struggling with fertility my whole life so what I'm asking is will this dosing Improve my count and motility. I'm pretty sure that my doc has limited experience with hcg he was going off the study of preservation of fertility with hrt. Not to rev up my already low counts.
any suggestions would be helpful thanks

500 iu of HCG is at the top of the dosage limit. In fact, Dr. Crisler suggests anything over 350 iu is too much.

Dr Crisler also believes that 100 iu daily for men on transdermals is the best HCG injection protocol.

I have been on 100 iu daily of HCG for well over a year now and think it's the best as well and I inject IM twice weekly.

I feel well and have a very strong libido along with full testicular volume.

Might want to give this some thought.

Two things to always keep in mind about HCG at large dosages:

1. It can/will cause leydig cell receptor saturation leading to receptor desensitization resulting in the HCG not doing what it is supposed to do.

2. It can/will cause an increase in intratesticular estrogen levels that an AI has little effect in controlling.

For these reasons, and others, it's best to start out at lower dosages and see how your testes fair and how you feel and slowly titrate up from there.

Go with Gene's suggestion(s). You will get a lot out of smaller, more frequent dosages.

It will be good, as long as you keep it refrigerated it will go past the end date with little potency loss.
