Hi everyone, i'm trying to determine if a trt, hcg or clomid protocol is worth trying. All replies are greatly appreciated, thank you. I'm a 28 yo male. 6'3.5", 176lbs, 13.5% bf My primary complaints are depression, social anxiety and fatigue. I'm also experiencing ED and have a very poor libido. I've tried several SSRIs, Wellbutrin and Adderall. Adderall has helped a great deal with the depression and fatigue, but has increased the anxiety and makes it impossible to get an erection. Also, I don't like the idea of taking it long term. I've had a sleep study done, no sign of sleep apnea. I've had testosterone (Total only) checked about a dozen times over the last decade. They've always been between 290-400 ng/dl (250-1100). I recently had an appointment with an anti-aging specialist who did more comprehensive blood work. Here are the results: TSH 1.31 (0.4-4.5) T4, free 1.3 (0.8-1.8) T3, free 3.6 (2.3-4.2) LH 4.9 (1.5-9.3) FSH 14.1( 1.8-8) H DHEA 459 (85-690) PSA 0.5 (< 4) Testosterone, Total 377 (250-1100) Testosterone, Free 63 (35-155) Estradiol 54 (<39) H She thought I would benefit from 50 mg of testosterone cypionate 2x a week, 500iu of HCG 3x a week and 1 mg anastrozole 2x a week. Do you think I would benefit from increased testosterone? If so, what do you think about this protocol? Also, why do you think my FSH is evelvated while my LH is normal? Thanks for reading. I would really appreciate your advice.
