I had the opportunity to use their services last week. It was a seamless process. From ordering (and pricing) the appropriate labs, straight through to the delivery of results via email, there wasn't a single issue. There are certainly other providers that deliver lab services to help patients self-monitor, but I would be hard pressed to imagine one easier to deal with.
