Same as many of the other guys. On 180mg/wk taking 2 .125mg anastrozole (this is due to a genetically extremely low SHBG even prior to TRT and teenage high test aromatization shut down my test production as a teen and I developed gyno as a result) and I have zero issues with ED. When I was getting used to TRT I had some desensitization and trouble finishing but that tapered off after some time and was given a script for tadalafil as a result. Helps a smidge with blood pressure and can spice things up if I know the wife and I plan to mess around when it’s late and I’m tired. I’ve found that fatigue plays a larger role in my ability to get an erection than it ever used to when I was younger. If it’s earlier in the day, we go at it like absolute animals, but if it’s late, it’s very difficult to even find the motivation to go at it lol. I work out 6 days per week and as a result, by about 8 or so, my energy reserves are pretty much depleted and all I want to do at that point is veg out or sleep. If the wife is feeling frisky, she will play around with me enough to get the drive going, but the tadalafil can speed that process up if she’s looking to get it a little bit faster.
