Cream and HCT

Hello everyone,

I have been on TRT for 2 1/2 years and have struggled with elevated hematocrit the entire time.

I lowered my dose to as low as 60 mg per week (which basically the absolutely lowest I can go before crashing) gone to more frequent injections which helped some but not enough to keep me from donating at least every 3 months.

The problem is my ferritin and iron are low from the frequent donations. I need to go at least 6-9 months between donations to build up my iron stores.

So in a last ditch effort before going off of TRT I'm going to try creams vs injecting EOD.

How have you guys experience with HCT been with creams vs injections? My hope is the daily cream applications will help enough with the hemocratic increase to allow me more time between donations and allow my iron stores to replenish.

Your experiences and suggestions would be helpful.

Thank you
