TRT/HRT seems to work for many people, but not everyone. It wasn't until 1-2 weeks ago that I started adding foods/supplements that increase nitric oxide that I started to feel better. I had a thought that if PDE5 inhibitors keep nitric oxide in the system longer but I'm still not getting results, maybe it's because I didn't have enough nitric oxide.
