First-time post. Starting TRT injections tomorrow and I am planning to combine it with daily doese of Cialis for BPH and all the other great benefits.

I scoured the site and did not see a direct answer but would like confirmation on my dosing. I bought the BAXA ExactaMed Oral Liquid Medication Syringe 1cc/1mL as recommended on another thread. I purchased the Tadalafil from maxim peptides, 30mg per ml (900mg per bottle).

Is the proper conversion .1 on the oral syringe = 3 mg in pill format? Thank you. This taxed my math skills.

Thanks Nashtide. I saw people talk around it and it seemed like such a small dose.
Most guys take 5mg daily. Since this isn't an exact science, you can just fill the syringe to almost 0.2ml and you're good to go. I always like squirting very small volumes like that into a mouthful of water then I just drink the water.

At that small volume would you split it? I read other posts about the NO affect and splitting it equally first thing in the AM and at night.
