i really don't know what to do

Semen test was great
so no problem in fertility

Not sure what you should do exactly. But my experience with clomid was pretty bad. Was on 50mg/ day. It raised my total testosterone to 1500. But killed my sex drive, and gave me horrible depression and weird thoughts. I was on a very high dose though. Not sure if my experience would of been better on a lower dose like 25mg/ day.

25mg a day is typical for us in the know to be too much, has E conversion problems and I don't think Clomid and HCG are used together, either. People have more likely success on I think 12.5mg EOD or 25 EOD something like that. Basically you're using too much and also using something that doesn't go with Clomid (HCG).

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.
