clinic raising trt and testosterone keeps dropping ?

Hello, I am new to this site . I am 48 and have been on hrt for about 6 years. When I started I was on about 120 iu of trt and my testosterone was around 900 , the clinic I went was happy with my numbers .Now I am up to 250 iu of trt and my numbers are in 300's . The clinic cant explain it too me. Long story short, because of this site I contacted primebody and will be getting blood drawn next week to start with them . I hope they can get my numbers back on track , can anyone explain the drop in my testosterone ?

Welcome to EM. Testosterone is measured in milligrams; are you injecting 250mg of testosterone? We really need more details- your full labs (with reference ranges), your full protocol details. Without that it's simply guesswork.

sorry, 250 mg of test. and half tablet of anastrasol , don't have labs in front of me .

Well, lab results would be helpful in answering that, and you haven't given much so it's hard to say.

Just your total testosterone level.

SHBG and the timing between your injections and when your blood is drawn, could be contributors.

When you have time, please post your protocol and labs. Of course increasing your weekly injection of testosterone will not lower your total T.
