I’m 50 and been on trt for 3.5 yrs. in the last 2 weeks I’ve went from 2 injections weekly to 3. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday dividing shots equally. I went from 1.5 “ needles to insulin 5/16”. I’m staying very tired except day after injections. At 2 shots I felt great just hoping with 3 injections of cutting estrogen conversion down . Could it be that 5/16 “ isn’t getting in the muscle and causing this fatigue? Thanks guys in advance!

If you felt great at 2 shots, then why are you worried about Estrogen? The only reason to be concerned with a high E2 number is if you feel like crap to go along with the high number. If you feel great no change should be made. Don't treat a number on the lab sheet. You can either stay the course for another two to three weeks to see if your body stabilizes and returns to feeling great or go back to the 2 shot protocol, which may also take some time to adjust back to.

Was your E2 or HCT getting out of control?
Do you have any 1.5" needles left you could see if injecting shallow is giving you any negative feelings.

Yes, that was my plans today. I was going to inject same amount but longer needle. My hct is Fine, E2 goes high without anastrozole. I’ve been reading reports of long term use is affecting bone density and was hoping splitting shots from 2-3 weekly would help. So far E2 seems perfect going by morning wood.
