Welcome to Nelson's house!
The standard carrier for TC is cottonseed oil otherwise it would need to be compounded.
If you are one of those outliers or what we call hyper responders then you may need to pay attention to the ester, carrier oil or excipients used in the particular formulation which may cause one to have issues/bad reaction.
I would put most of the blame on the carrier oil/excipients of the formulation.
Although far from common some men do not fare well with TC.
The only way to truly know would be through trial and error.
If you have never tried TC than I would definitely save yourself the $100 and give it a go as many men fare well/feel great on it!
I being one of the many who use TC with cottonseed oil as the carrier.
Also keep in mind some men prefer TC in grapeseed oil solely for the advantage when it comes to drawing/injecting as is it would be less viscous so it can be easier drawing the oily solution from the vial when using an LDS insulin syringe 27-31G (fixed needle).
