Hey Paul hope all is good I just started a 30 day run of this, on day 2 I hit the tread mill and I normally warm up with a 1 mile sprint /walk I cut 2.5 min of my time then I hit some back work and then did about 15 min of HIIT def works for endurance, I will be tracking my weight me keep ya posted

True very true I am sure you have read up on gw501516 and its properties and how it function and what it does to the body, I use the va hospital and on TRT so they monitor my blood and labs fairly well I am schedule for a doc appt this month in which they do a battery of labs

Curious if there was ever additional clarity on cardarine effects on lipids? Just started 5mg/day 5 days/wk and will up to 10 if tolerated. Also, if you know what dose and duration you did, that would be awesome.

I’ve been reading up on Cardarine (GW-501516) too, and it’s fascinating how it can enhance endurance and fat loss. It sounds like you’re on top of your health game with the VA monitoring your TRT and labs! I’ve heard great things about how careful they are with that.
