Hi TRT teammates,In fatty liver disease, one of the inabilities created is lowered ability to metabolize estrogen in the liver. If on trt e2 can have a tendency to rise. If one is on TRT and e2 can rise significantly due to low metabolism in the liver. Would it be safe to say, in your opinion to take some sort of aromatase inhibitor to help with the build up in estradiol?
