Oooh this is such a good summary. I've experienced it all.I want to add based on my actual experiences. Thyroid/adrenals: I have less knowledge on this but I'm in normal side. neurotransmitters: the more drugs/supplement people use, the more chaotic the neurotransmitter is. insulin sensitivity: this is where TRT helps a lot. higher T -->loss body fat -->less insulin resistance. stress (mental/physical)--->TRT helped also indirectly as we have more muscle and thus less stress.. quality of sleep---> TRT is neutral here but good if all fundamental issue like apnea, stress is addressed first. diet-->this is where my low carb helps. And actually, I kinda agree the HCG helps adding few more hours for me not take any food. >>>I think too many get caught up in expecting to feel great 24/7 once on trt as if >>>testosterone is going to cure all that ails them. Yes it takes time but in sexuality I think TRT is the fundamental block. When I went to vacation and only took T every 5 days, I started noticing drop of libido. Came back to everyday and things are great again. It's that quick. It still takes times I agree and lot of trial and error to find what works especially for you. Also for sexual thing/intimacy, there're more important thing than what's all above which is the partner itself :) LOL I learnt so much from many folks in this subject. I agree many times it's in your brain after the hormone stuff is fixed.
