Also, get a good pair of red/green light blocking glasses if u haven’t already. They’re a game changer. It’s basically impossible to get actual quality sleep if ur eyes are exposed to artificial blue and green light prior to bed. I recommend blublox. Get the ones that cover the sides of ur eyes as well. Think they’re called “onyx”. Not all red light blocking glasses are equal tho, so go with a quality pair if you’re gonna get some</p><p></p><p>Mag threonate - 300-400mg</p><p>Apigenin - 50mg</p><p>L-theanine - 100-400mg</p><p></p><p></p><p>And with ur diet u 100% are going to have many nutritional deficiencies, and ur body can’t function properly without adequate vitamin and minerals in the correct ratios.</p><p></p><p>And unfortunately being a vegetarian is one of the worst things u can do for ur health. I guarantee ur wife’s issues are related to her diet, and she unfortunately is killing herself by eating that way. But don’t take my word for it, have her look up Sally Norton on YouTube. I believe she’s an ex vegetarian. She has a great back story where she was killing herself while eating plants, felt like death, had a bunch of medical problems, at a young age too, and almost had to drop out of college, from what I remember. She just couldn’t function properly. She ended up finding out plant toxins, specifically oxalates, were the issue. She’s carnivore now and thriving. If ur wife wants to get better, she has to give up being a vegetarian, and ideally go as close to carnivore as she can. Another amazing resource is Dr Paul Saladino. I understand that the chances of u converting her are slim to none, but her current diet is slowly killing her unfortunately. And I don’t say that lightly.</p><p></p><p>And I wouldn’t waste anytime with ur urologist. Just have her sign up with a reputable hormone clinic and she’ll get the care ur looking for. I highly recommend Defy medical, but was watching a video with the guys from Medicial Health Institute of Miami, and they seem really good.
