BPC-157 Updates

I tore my calf this week and it's about a grade 2/3 and going to use the BPC-157 to see what it does to help with recovery of the injury if anything. Pain is about 9/10 right now and it's really tight but, curious to see what BPC-157 can do to help.

Currently, I am already taking Testosterone cream along with Serm/G2/G6 since May.

My regiment started today and will continue for the next 30 days to see what happens. I'll be keeping track of how I am responding to this regimen.

Regimen:
BPC-157: Injecting a total of 15 units directly into my calf twice a day. I am injecting 5 units each into three areas on calf.
GOAL Amino Blend (Glutamine/Ornithine/Arginine/Lysine/Lido) 1ml IM injection twice per week.

Hope to speed up my recovery for soccer and other fitness

Stay tuned

Update for the first week on progress. Feel like my calf is improving pretty good for the past 5 days since I started taking the BPC-157. Results through today:

Interesting. I am currently doing about 166mcg twice per day. Injecting 15 units in three areas of my calf twice per day. I've done some reading on notes from a lecture that a Dr. Seeds has done a few months ago at a wellness education event who states patients get good results from a dose a bit higher than this but, hoping this low dose will help within 30 days.

Well, it's been just over two weeks since i tore my calf and been doing the BPC-157 therapy. My pain started at about a 9/10 and as of today my calf really feels like a 2 in regards to any type of pain. And, it's really not pain but, more like a very mild soreness/tightness in my calf. I am starting to think the BPC-157 is making a difference in my healing. Last night I went for a light bike ride for little over 6 miles and felt pretty good overall. Just some soreness and tightness on the second part of the ride. Hoping to add in some massage, stretching and mild exercise for the next two weeks to see what I can do to keep speeding up recovery.

I am glad you saw results, when I tried it for a hamstring tear I saw marginal improvement at best, certainly not wolverine as the internet would have you believe haha. I may try it again and will report back.

Has anyone found any new info on BPC-157? Anyone have any good experiences with it?

I'm curious to know in areas of the body with reduced blood flow like a tendon, what happens when there's unregulated angiogenesis in the long run? Anyone have any speculation?

I ran a 3 week course, honestly it is hard to say if it improved healing time as I didn't really have much of a need to sprint until it would've healed on its own anyway. I will also say that doing this therapy motivated to stick more to the REST protocol so it also could've helped in a libido effect kind of way.

How long were you on it for ScottM? Think it improved healing time?

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
