It appears there are some people who become "immune" to botox, and it is possible I am one of those. For the third injection, because of the ok response of the 2nd injection, but not great success of the first, my doc used dysport. It has the ability to spread in the injection area better. It's only been a few days, but so far, it appears to be working better than the second injection by far, although not as good as the first time. At this point, it looks like a pretty good result. The test will be to see if it lasts. Again, after the injection much greater ease in getting an erection and keeping it without injecting ICI would be possible. Best part, significantly increased sensitivity. It's greatly improved. I can now get erections with little more than seeing an attractive woman. When you get good results, the mental stimulation really drives libido and the increased sensitivity keeps things going. Guys this stuff is good stuff! and unlike PT 141 or Vyleesi, no side effects. BTW. for those who can use PT 141 Bremelanotide, Empower now has it in stock again. I am going to retry it, at much lower, half dose of Vyleesi. I tried Vyleesi 4 times. The first three no big problems just some transient nausea. The 4th time.....sick as a dog for two days. I think the Vyleesi dose is too large. The effect lasted for days. That would be good, if not for the nausea.

[QUOTE="Ribeye, post: 276476, member: 43544"] I wanted to give an update on the botox treatments. So I have now had three treatments. The first one worked extremely well. lasted months, and gradually began to lose benefit. Exactly what my doc informed me of, and what was expected. It was truly a game changer. However, for some reason, my second injection didn't last nearly as long. We are at a loss as to exactly why.
