What concerns me is the estrogen at 12.2, free estrogen percentage and the fact SHBG is on the higher end. When I read the line about being on Finasteride, my heart skipped a beat. I would at the very least stop Finasteride and then if nothing improves consider TRT.Finasteride can cause HPTA dysfunction so it's hard to recommend TRT at this point.
