Just an update. My PCP end up ordering some labs because he performs the yearly physical Defy requires. After changing my testosterone dosage to 100mg a week my TT 22 hours before injection was 780. He didnt measure FT and to be honest i had no clue he would order blood work on the spot. I feel amazing and this has been my lowest dosage ever. I had to add anastrozole again (0.125mg twice a week) because despite normal estradiol levels I am very sensitive to gyno (probably too high free estradiol given my low SHBG) so i indeed need my estradiol in the low 20 area to avoid gyno. Hematocrit has been stable after almost 4 months. In a couple of months I will check again hematocrit and estradiol. The only thing a bit off is my HDL (38). I have added 500mg niacin to see if that helps. Creatinine high as usual but PCP not concerned. Also i have a injury in my biceps and put a few pounds of muscle lately so that doesn’t help creatinine either. Normal BUN and BUN/creatinine ratio. Normal urinalysis with no protein or blood in my urine.
