Okay, will do! One other thing is water weight. I assume it's because of my high estrogen? I have put on about 18 pounds and cant seem to lose it, some muscle but alot of water. I have changed my diet up quit a bit calorie wise and even started cardio sessions at 20min 4x/wk. But, nothing seems to get rid of it? Any recommendations on that?
