HCG Beta Subunit, Quantitative (Cancer) Blood Test

This test is used as a tumor marker for certain cancers. It is used to evaluate and monitor male individuals with testicular tumors. This test is also used to determine the presence of hCG in individuals with gestational trophoblastic disease.

So if I am taking HCG, would it show up with this sort of blood test?
