Appreciate the honesty. And I think it all goes back to us all just respecting eachother and not judging one another. We are all different, and all live life according to what makes us happy. Optimizing my health is just one aspect. I’m a nurse that works 50-70 hours per week, I have a kid coming next month, I spend time with my friends and family, and I just enjoy life to the fullest and try to stay happy and stress free as much time out of each day as possible. I’m 33 and have no complaints. Other than some brain fog, but even that I can’t complain too much about. Optimizing my HRT is just something I’m passionate about. I’m constantly learning and tweaking things because I thoroughly enjoy optimizing myself, and feeling as good as I can. If others want to get on a dose of T that works for them, and just go on with their life and not worry about optimizing other hormone pathways, I fully support that. I just want people to do what makes them happy. I’m here because I love learning from others, and I enjoy helping other’s on their journey if I can. I mean well, and I’m fully aware that everything in life revolves around balance. So I have no intentions of ever abusing these compounds to be superhuman or anything. Just want to be optimal, and imo, optimal means sometimes being slightly supra-physiological compared to a sick population.
