Thanks madman. You are probably right, and I'll consider this and maybe keep the dose the same. Even though total T levels have dropped, the estrogen to total T level has improved. I just sometimes feel that it could be a little better, but I guess you are right about the biomarkers. My numbers are great, especially for my age and I am hoping for another 30 years or so of vitality. Probably makes a lot of sense to focus on the health aspects. My diet is very good, eat clean limit sugar, no longer use any alcohol. I probably could eat a bit more, but it's not always something I think about, as I don't spend a lot of time sitting around except when I am at work. My thought is that muscle is an insurance policy of sorts for a guy my age, the more the better. I am lean by nature, was 6' 205 in my prime years and am now still 6', due to a lot of stretching!, and only 190. Maybe the weight difference is due to hip replacement and knee surgeries that have robbed me of some leg muscle mass. Leg work consists of 30 minutes every other day on my Schwinn air dyne and working my land logging, chopping wood and fixing things. I do believe that my future holds more surgeries, possibly another hip replacement on the horizon, and muscle mass and strength is the best way to be prepared for that and the rehab after. And, I kinda like being that old guy that shocks people when he takes his shirt off.
