The regime you are on now with a trough of 762 is more than good enough to maintain what you have and being on trt/lifting weights/following a good diet has helped you achieve that. As far as being more muscular in size; dense quality weight I would say as I have said before you will need to dip your toes well into the supra-physiological range to see any real benefits as it is highly doubtful increasing one's TT trough from 762--->900-1000 ng/dL will result in any significant muscle gain and regardless diet/overall macros/caloric intake is required to build muscle tissue along with a healthy anabolic environment. 250-300 mg T/ week which is considered a low dose cycle for most would make a big difference but other blood markers may turn for the worse. Sure many on trt will experience improved muscle/strength/fat loss but for most staying at the high end of the physiological range will not cause significant gains in muscle/strength as most on trt doses are taking 100-150mg/week, some at the higher-end of 200mg/week. Most seeking to gain any significant muscle/strength will use 250-300 mg/week of testosterone at a minimum and even then many are using 300-600mg/week let alone may also be stacking other AAS (injectables/orals). If you look through most of the research regarding testosterone/muscle growth 200mg/week is usually the minimum dose where the true anabolic effects are seen and increased doses usually result in more significant muscle accumulation of course regardless of using testosterone/AAS one's genetics will always have the final say as some can grow really well on 250-300 mg/week whereas others need much higher doses to achieve the same effects and there are also some poor bastards with shitty genetics due to possible (polymorphisms in androgen receptor/myostatin/or other muscle growth regulators) whom even respond poorly to lower/higher doses of steroids. [QUOTE="madman, post: 83490, member: 13851"] The build you have now is lean/muscular many men would love to be able to achieve that.
