Benefit of different amounts of bacteriostatic water with HCG

After using HCG for a while, I was wondering if there is any benefit to using more or less bacteriostatic water as dilutant for the HCG powder. I recognize that any change in the amount of BAC water will mean that I will have to calculate how many cc's to inject to get the correct number of IUs, which is no problem.

When I inject 500 IUs:
- I have been diluting a 5000 IU vial with 1 mL of water and injecting .1 mL/c?
- Any reason not to dilute 5000 IU vial with .1 mL of water and then injecting .01 mL/cc?
- Or dilute the 5000 IU vial with 2 mL of water and inject .2 mL/cc?

I guess I'm wondering if there is some reason to prefer one level over another, or if perhaps there is some minimum percentage of water necessary to ensure there is enough liquid for the dissolved HCG to be absorbed adequately when injecting subcutaneously?
