Unfortunately I don’t know.I took 18 spray each 4 spray equal 1200ug daily, For maybe a month or 20 days.below is my lab results.Note:still taking it but 8 sprays a day. I am not sure if this dose is good or I need to go back to 16 again, any idea ?[ATTACH=full]16468[/ATTACH]
