APS FDA Inspection Report

Here is a recent inspection report from the FDA for APS pharmacy. Seems like they have a sink in the wrong place and had a vile not listed for office use only. Very minor stuff, so I see that as good. Just wanted to share.

Thanks for sharing. That is where my doc gets some of my meds filled. Good to see nothing major but would be much happier if no violations were found.
