[QUOTE="Gman86, post: 178001, member: 15043"] I’ve been researching the carnivore diet for the past 3-4 months now, and have been doing mostly carnivore for a little over a month now. I’ve seen time and time again people reporting that chronic IBS that they’ve had for 10, or even 20+ years, completely resolved when going carnivore. Same with diverticulosis. I’ve seen many people report that it completely went away when going carnivore. Just something to look into if ur interested. I made a post talking about carnivore and why veggies can be doing more harm than good, if u want to check it out. I don’t care how people eat, and would never push anything I do on someone else. But if u’ve tried most things without success, and ur not looking to just take meds and put a bandaid on the problem, and would like to find a solution to the root cause of why u have diverticulosis, I would really encourage u to do some research on the carnivore diet, and then make ur own conclusions. I’ve seen many people report that after trying pretty much everything to get rid of it, carnivore was the only thing that resolved it completely. So obv there’s at least a chance that it can work for u too.
