Interesting posts! I’m 15 months in to TRT and realise how hard it is to compare how you feel now versus some distant pre TRT point in time. Sometimes my mind plays tricks and tries to convince me to just stop it all and That everything pre TRT wasn’t that bad. I definitely felt underwhelmed after starting TRT, expecting more of a noticeable change in mood, wellbeing, physical condition and sex drive. I continue to have a sense of being less mentally sharp and would prefer to regain this. The only noticeable change in physical condition has occurred after added 90mg per week of nandrolone and generally have felt better. Joints also improved although again, we shouldn’t expect magic to happen. The other point to remember is that when we compare our now to pre TRT we are comparing an older version of ourselves and of course, the longer this time frame, the more unfair this comparison can be. I’m currently on vacation for a week and don’t take any meds with me and I notice my general mood and wellness seems to dip in the 2nd half of the week. I use a testosterone gel days 4-6 but I don’t think my body enjoys the change in protocol. i lost track of my nandrolone week number, but I reckon it’s about week 10 so definitely want to get some labs done once I’m back on my usual protocol. Also need to get my diet adjusted after recently getting an official IBS diagnosis after a couple of scopes scan out clean. not sure whether to just keep the nandrolone going or stop for a bit to see how my body adapts. would welcome any thoughts
