I do well with Free T at around 20 pg/ml, even am OK around 15, and maintained this over the long term with low dose injections. Went to Kyzatrex due to long term erythrocytosis and low ferritin due to phlebotomies.
I was also started on 200mg BID and free T hit 39 at peak. I felt anxious, irritable, and over stimulated. Dose reduced to 100mg BID and I am feeling well. Labs next week...
