Again your best bet would be looking into a higher strength compounded T cream scrotal application which would allow one to easily overcome issues with absorption let alone hit high/very high T levels!
Many even fare well applying a higher strength compounded T cream standard application.
Otherwise I would try oral TU before moving on to injections.
Do what you feel is best for you!
