I just processed a refund on Amazon.com by chatting online to an Artificial Intelligence instead of the usual human agent. Its replies were coming out in the characteristic spastic manner of ChatGPT. I asked and it confirmed that it was Artificial Intelligence. It ignored and didn't answer my question if it was ChatGPT.

Human workers are already becoming obsolete.
