Because we used existing data, sample sizes were fixed, which led to small counts for some analyses when stratified by race and ethnicity. We were limited to the most prevalent racial and ethnic groups in the NHANES surveys of 1998 to 1991 and 1999 to 2004; thus, we were not able to provide information relevant to Asian men or American Indian/Alaska Native men.</strong></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
