I personally have been on the same hunt for the past 6-7 years. I seem to "drift" through whatever ranges are optimal and have days or weeks of that great feeling periodically. I'm very sensitive to anastrozole personally so have to be careful about crashing E2. Most recently, I have also tried dessicated thyroid with my doctor to see if it helps. My labs showed underactive thyroid. This has helped a bit but I've only been on it for about a week so it will take a bit longer to know for sure. My next move is to go off of EVERYTHING for a month to reset and then do exactly what I did the first few weeks when I started TRT which was using testosterone gel 50mg AM, 50 mg PM. Then, if I can recreate that awesome libido and well being state, I will go get fully comprehensive labs to see what that feeling equates to on lab results and try to keep things there by getting more labs as I go. It sounds like you are already having a hard time being on the meds so it wouldn't be a big sacrifice to try this also if your doctor agrees. I'm not a doctor and this isnt medical advice. Just sharing what I have been doing and hoping anyone else on this quest will do the same, especially if something works for you. I think most people come to the forums when they are struggling but if they figure it out, they are happy and move on. It would be so helpful if when people figure it out, they come back and share the solutions that worked for them.
