I’m 51 years old and my original levels was 91 and 120 ng/dL. The cause of my low-T was a combination of sedentary lifestyle, poor diet, medications that caused fatigue and type 2 diabetes. The type 2 diabetes being the biggest factor in my testosterone decline! I started TRT and I lost weight quickly, the fat just melted off, lost 25 pounds without doing anything. Muscle mass and strength is increasing, before I was a weakling barely able to climb a flight of stairs without almost passing out Yesterday I went on 14 miles bike ride at the beach, today I went to the gym and vigorously worked out my legs, abs, and then I went for another 16.56 miles bike ride at the beach. I just got back, I’m not tired, I still have energy left. I’m on oral Jatenzo @ 237 mg twice daily, 5 mg Cialis daily. Adding the Cialis to my TRT protocol is a game changer, which boosted my energy levels even higher. Cialis should be apart of everyone’s TRT protocol in my opinion! Cialis has numerous health benefits beyond it’s intended purpose, which is improve erections. Men on ED drugs have a decreased risk of heart attack and dementia. It would be a good idea get baseline hematocrit and hemoglobin values. You should also get baseline ferritin levels and again 6 months after starting TRT, because some men get their ferritin levels suppressed by TRT.
