I am currently on week 2 of TRT. I battled with this decision for several years. 3 years ago I had a TT of 359 at age 33. Now 36, I had my labs done and I’m at 602 but my free test is at 13. My SHBG is also high and estradiol on the higher end of normal according to my doc. The first week I didn’t take my protocol correctly. My protocol is below. But on my first injection day I took 200mg of Test cypionate, 500IU of HCG, 1mg Arimidex and 25mg of Stanozanol-Winstrol (taking to lower my SHBG as prescribed). Day 1 to 4 I felt terrible. Very anxious, heart was racing fast and then lots of bloat. My notes below. After talking to my doctor after being very worried, he told me to take my shot, then two days following the 1mg of AI, then last two days after 500IU of HCG to boost my natural test to smooth out the levels and prevent a crash. This week was my second shot and I’m very worried. My left chest and arm have been hurting. I’ve never had heart issues but I feel like I have them now. I have had pain and itching/burning in my chest and shoulder left side. I have no nipple sensitivity. Also my libido is very LOW since starting TRT and my erectile function is poor. Elections are not hard so basically I’m worse that before I started. I started because I didn’t feel energized, lowish Libido, and average sex drive. My focus and recovery was also very low. The only positive I’ve noticed is do seem to have more energy and not crashing as hard. However last Friday I crashed hard and took a long nap in the middle of my workday. I should also mention that I use nicotine lozenges as I was a long time dipper that exercised and ate very healthy but that was my one vice that I had trouble quitting so I have been using nicotine mints for quite some time. I have never had BP or heart issues using these mints in the past. </p><p>Where I’m confused is that I have read on Excel so many places that too much AI is an issue and has nasty side effects but I’m not sure what is causing my bad well being. My doc told me the bloat is from too much estrogen but this feeling in my chest is scaring me. The anxiety sucks. I almost want to quit this and go back to being an average 600 guy which lacked energy etc. this feels terrible. Any advice? I feel like I may have made a bad mistake.....</p></blockquote><p></p>
Guys, Labs below. I’m new to the cite but looking for some help. Where I’m confused is that I have read on Excel so many places that too much AI is an issue and has nasty side effects but I’m not sure what is causing my bad well being. My doc told me the bloat is from too much estrogen but this feeling in my chest is scaring me. The anxiety sucks. I almost want to quit this and go back to being an average 600 guy which lacked energy etc. this feels terrible. Any advice? I feel like I may have made a bad mistake.....
